The next few days we texted back and forth, nearly in every text she used terms like "hottie", "sweetie" and "gorgeous" - she also qualified daily by stating shes going to work out etc. - I texted her and said i would have to call her one of the following days. No reply for 2 days. I then reinitiated contact by texting "Did you get arrested and do I really have to pay the bail again or are you just playing hard to get?" she instantly replied with "i'm so sorry gorgeous but im just so busy at work and dont check my phone" i then wrote "Ok, fair enough. Working in the easter aswell?" (to hint a meet during easter) now no reply for 24 hours.. Seems shes flaking when it comes to a meet, how would you go from here? Im tempted to just ditch her, so far internet dating sucks for me, plenty of girls but flake galore and it takes ages to get anywhere. I smell flaker and timewaster. It is true that lot of online dates flake, however, rather than staying angry at them, sit down and backtracking what you did in order to analyze your mistake. Flakes happened when comfort or attraction weren't built enough, if it's not you then the problems lie with her.
But POF is fairly a good site to sarge, I have number flakes but most of the girl agreed to give me numbers never flake on our dates.

One thing you have to keep in mind is a lot of girls on POF and for that matter on dating sites in general are there for the attention. They have no real intentions of meeting you. From your op it sounds like you got such a girl. What I do to limit or sniff out such girls is if she won't give me her number within 10 messages for the most part I drop her. When I do get her number I immediately setup a date. There is no reason to text back and forth. If she doesn't agree to meeting up right there and then, I delete the number. As I don't play games.
