I think she was serious about you picking her up and you should've respected that.
Best thing to do is just make up for it and invite her in a friendly way. i.e. 'hey, about last time I feel I went a bit to far eventhough it was meant in a playfull way. I'm planning on going to X and you're free to come, I'll find a place where we can meet up'. It'll be like an apology without losing your cool or acting desperate. Some people might find it afc but girls are still people and there's nothing wrong with being friendly, because I have a strong feeling this is a nice girl we're talking about.
I agree. You don't know if she has had some stalker dude in her past and doesn't feel comfortable with you coming to her house...plus her dad? Dude be easy...she's spelling it out for you...he's protective,as he should be, her dad knows what's up and she doesn't want to look like a slut to her family by having some random dude pick her up. You gotta respect that and eventually segue into that.
