I would trade in the goatee for some stubble. Also, I think the hair would be better longer and product-less. Just my opinion thought :)

I would trade it your goaty aswell for a stubble.
You got a bit of a long face & the goaty makes it even longer.

Stubble is a lot more attractive to - or sideburns with a specific beard - but the last category only fits a small amount of men.

1st pic looks good. The hat makes it work.

2nd pic not so much. Hair length is fine but needs more styling on top. Hair looks a bit dull but could just be the angle. Also lose the t-shirt underneath the shirt. Both easily fixed :0)

I've seen a couple of times guys criticzing tshirt below Shirt..

I've started sometime ago wearing a tank below Shirt.. I think it's so classic.. I like it.

The hat works for you in the first pic...I also have that same American Eagle top different colour, nice choice if you ask me :D

Look pretty stylish, nice to have a few different looks too.

I agree on the stubble. The hair thing. It looks a little flat on top. I'd use a matt styling product and let it grow a little longer on top.
Ok, now this is just a female thing, but I would tweeze the eyebrows a little. Not a lot, just towards the outer side of the eye, you know the little hair that looks "singled out". It will really open your eyes and give you more of a "bad boy" look :)
Otherwise, I think you're a handsome guy :D
