Hi guys, need some advice here...

Little german HB8 met at a pub last saturday. She was with a girl friend of her and I was with a fuck friend of mine.

We were sitting at the bar and I oppened the two girls while they came to order a drink.

The girls are here for a training periode and HB8 is leaving in two weeks. We chat for about one hour and HB8 was showing clear IOI (mainly jokes, smiles, kinos and EC, I went outside to smoke a cigarette and she came looking at me after 5mn telling I was missing her).
I told her saturday was not the best night to go out in this pub and I adviced her to come over on monday. She told me monday was not good for her but that she would be very happy to go out on tuesday if I could come to pick her at home (she's living next to my place) as she was not working the day after and she would be free for the whole night.

She totally skipped her friend and my FF so at this point and after 15mn while she kept repeating about 10 times "I'm looking forward from being tuesday. You will come to pick me at my place ?" I was pretty sure to be able to f-close her the next tuesday so I picked her number and they left.

Yesterday evening, I text her a "hi blondie, is 19h30 ok for you tomorrow ? Where do I meet you ?" and she answered after 2 hours "hi you ! I'm really sorry, I won't be able to go out tomorrow, there's a party at the college... Have a nice evening at the pub tonight ! (She's working at this college as a teacher for her training periode).
I replied after another 2 hours "A party at the college, what a bad excuse... When are you free to get yourself forgiven" (sorry the translation is probably pretty poor but I don't really now how to translate this sentance in english) and no answer from her since this message.

Is it a flake ? Where did I play wrong and is there still something to do ?

Edit : I wrote friday for the date's day but I ment tuesday, doesn't really change anything but it was strange to speak about today as friday

All in all quite nice game and I couldn´t see any mistakes in your FR. It can be a flake but it doesn´t have to be one.
If you call her and it was a flake you will know it anyway because she will find another excuse but ,if it wasn´t you get a lay.

I would call her and try to meet her, you don´t have anything to lose

I guess I still can try the phone call to set up a date, trying a "what scares you ?" if she says no. Any idea on how to play it ?

Texting = afk. Always call a girl, shows more balls and you can interact way more.

Sure, I know texting is not the best way but I used it at first because :
1) I was pretty sure about the date.
2) her phone was in roaming and I didn't want her not to answer because of the price of the call.

Now I will probably try to call instead of texting but the situation is the following:
- The girl is staying for only two weeks so I don't have time to wait too long and she was probably on for an ONS at first otherwise she wouldn't have insisted for me to come to pick her up at her place, she would just have say "yeah let's see you again at this pub guys" or something like that.
- It's probably a flake because if she really wanted to date, she would have suggested another day when she cancelled the first one.
- Her friend probably cockblocked me telling her "this guy has a girlfriend, you cannot date him". Even if the girl is my FF and she was there when I met HB8, maybe her friend cockblocking was enough to make her change her mind.

So what line should I follow now to try to get her change her mind ? I will call her for sure instead of texting but what to say if she answer with another "no sorry I cannot on x evening" ?

It might sound hard but you cant do anything about it. If she doesn´t want to meet you she doens´t deserve you

It doesn´t have to be a flake only cuz she doesn´t suggest any other date. As i always say they want to be seduced by a man.

I also think that she only wants a ONS so it shouln´t matter that your FB was with you cuz she isn´t looking for a LTR or stuff like that.
