Hey guys

I recommend you do. This is, IMO, the most epic speech ever given at The 21 Convention. Mark Sisson is the world champion of proper nutrition and healthy living.

And he is living it, with a six pack at age 58, and more muscle than most 20 year olds.

Maybe someday, but this year it is in London with AFC Adam, Dharam, and Gambler!

After that I want to take it to Amsterdam. Maybe someday in Scandinavia again. Years off though.
