Location: Seattle | | This HB is my friend's sister, and I knew her a long time ago. We weren't friends or anything, but we knew each other. I moved away, but I'm going home pretty soon. Should I just wait until I get back, or open her on FB, and if so how?

I'd say, don't do anything until you've moved. Then one day, if possible or not seen out of normal, either call her or just drop by to say hi.. and then just carry on with normal game.. or whatever you would do.. take her for an ice cream or something simple.. just let your ideas flow..
if you know her from long ago, and used to get well along.. it has pretty good chances on my book

Location: Seattle | | I didn't express myself very well, I didn't know her good enough to just drop by or anything like that. However her sister is really good friend of mine, but I found out that she is probably not going to be there whole time I'm there, so there is no way that I can meet with this HB via her sister/my friend.
