| Something that has greatly helped my inner game.
-Make list of 50
-List even the "perceived" dumb things like , my own example, I have an almost 2:1 kill death ratio in Call of Duty video game.
-List generic things too like, I can rock climb really well.
-Achievements, things you are proud of, etc...
-Value related accomplishments, favors I've done for others, etc...(my own example, helping my little brother go to college who would have otherwise not have gone and would have decided to try a wack MLM company instead->family values).
-The more personal and emotions are attached to an experience of achievement the better.
The funny thing is, as I am explaining to Mike how I did a list of 20 before which included even minuscule things like the video game achievement...I realized that this list isn't for what others might approve but for my own self approval. So if I value something as an achievement, I SHOULD be listing it down regardless of if others see it the same way or not (not think for others or attempt to seek societal approval/validation). Because really, the list is for myself, and rarely would anyone ever see it. If I believe and see the video game accomplishment as unique and special to me, I SHOULD be listing it.
The idea is to read this list before going out and seeing how different you'd feel (instead of seeing her as higher value like most guys, you'll know, your the shit).
So take this list and treat it as affirmations or what I call reaffirmations = reminding/reliving/grounding what you already know to be true. The difference from affirmations to reaffirmations being that you already believe without a doubt things on that list make you higher value.
Reaffirm it and display it. _________________ The hotter they are, the harder they fall....for me.
