My problem is that If i see a girl who is goodlooking ill feel like "Im not her type, shed rather be with some buff preppy guy"

Im not like depressed about it, but i feel like physically im not attractive (5'6 and skinny. In proportion to my height, but small nonetheless) and my face is quite boyish/feminine.

Are looks so important?

If my game is good enough, do looks count for zero?

Just answer honestly. I never try to go for goodlooking girls who are dressed up nicely and all that jazz because I doubt my looks.

Look matters a lot.

That includes your face feature, hairstyle, physical body shape, fashion... etc.

Personally I do daytime direct a lot. I do notice when I look/dress sloppy, my success rate dropped quite obviously.

On a side note, learning simple fashion, well grooming yourself is much easier than trying to improve your game in terms of getting actual results.

Looks matter, but you shouldn't put that much stock in it. As long as your reasonably dress and express confidence you do fine look wise for most girls. Your problem is more going to be your height, as at 5'6" girls will unfortunately hold that against you.

As far as i'm concerned, looks do matter to an extent.

You wouldn't try and game a fat ugly girl would you, in the same way that you'd probably struggle to game well if you were a fat ugly guy.

Aslong as you're reasonable, and have a bit about you, I think the rest can be (if you play it well) irrelevant.

Looks matter but not nearly as much as you would be led to believe. “look” is more important than “looks” if that makes sense. Dressing well and in a way that properly reflects your personal style is way more important than the looks you were born with. Thinking you need to be some classically good looking guy will hold you back quite a bit. Even if you are ugly, the insecurity that you have about it will hold you back more than your actual bad looks will. Personality and attitude is 100x more important than what you look like. I mean looks might help you get in the door but once you are there your personality is what will make the difference between closing and going home alone. Work on becoming a fun, confident, interesting guy who doesn’t need women in order to feel good about yourself and everything else will fall into place. Believe in yourself and they will too

im 5"6 height and i gotta tell you, every girl i ever dated or had some sort of physical relationshit told me , i like you very much but damn it would have been a lot better if you where taller...

and the thing that bothers me is that it limits my options... i mean i like petite girls by nature even if i was taller but i really dont go after other types of girls, i feel weird walking aside a girl who is taller than me even with 1 inch

That seems like a limiting belief you need to work on. Half the instructors at RSD are your height and look how well they do.

What about long hair on a guy? I'm thinking of growing it (again) but most girls I know say they don't like long hair on guys...

Will this have any effect on who I can get?

Cheers

I'm also 5'6" and extremely skinny and it's not been an issue for me. How you dress is important; as a skinny guy, you don't want to be wearing baggy clothes, make sure they fit and that they're clean. Taking care of your hygiene is also important; you don't need to be getting manicures and fake tan (haha) but as long as you're not neglecting yourself, you're okay. The looks that nature gave you, however, are only as important as you decide to make them: be confident. You are the prize.

Also, for RainTone, I have waist length hair and I frequently get women approaching me to compliment me on it, playing with it and such. Make sure your hair is in good condition and you can have it as long as you like.

To me it really doesnt matter much as long as the girls can tell that you take care of yourself like nice clothes, haicut, smell nice and so on.

Yes it will effect what girls you can get as not all girls are going to go for a guy that has hair as long as them. Growing it out some is okay, but when it goes past the ears, look wise you will turn off girls.

Thats part of how you look tho. Its all about presentation. You can physically not look good, but if you dress well and what have you, you can get girls.
