Over the last year I've done a bit more online game than ever before. And while I think its still extremely lame compared to meeting face to face in real life, the online world makes for some easy pulls.
The following are my rankings of the 5 best sites to meet and pull women from. #5 being the worst, #1 being the best. You may disagree with some of these and that's okay. These rankings are based on how easy it is to pull a quality woman from based on my experience, my buddy (a talented PUA in his own right), and speaking with many other PUAs on this subject.

#5 - Tagged

Tagged has a large user base and a easy to navigate site. One major downside on here is that women tend not to check their messages to often. Women on here seem to be slightly harder to pull than other sites.

This site gets the number four spot for mainly one reason: The lack of high quality women. You have to dig thru a lot of fatties, women with kids, and crazies. There are some good women on there, and if you can get your opening message to stand out from the other 100 they have gotten that day, you stand a great shot at pulling her. Another reason this site gets a low ranking is because pretty much every woman who has a profile on here will have a profile on one of the sites that ranks higher on this list. I see almost no point in POF but some people swear by it.
#3 - Myspace

While this site used to be king of the social networking world, its has lot a lot of ground in recent years. If your around 16 years of age, this site could probably be best for you but any one older than that shouldn't waste their time on there. The reason this site gets the number three spot is because if you are younger, its seemingly pretty easy to pull women from there. Add that to the large and active user base, it deserves this spot.
# 2 - MyYearBook

Although is site has less users than any of the other sites on the list, it is also the easiest to pull from. As a matter of fact, MYB is super easy to pull from if you can get past the "Im just on here for validation" attitude most women on there have. But, once you learn to get around that, your nights wont ever be lonely ever again. MYB, by its nature, is kinda sexual. This is in part to the women posting more sexual pics than they do on other social networking sites (remember, most women on there are looking for validation) and all the "Rate Me" games on there.
Don't feel intimidated by the number of extremely good looking dudes you see on there, almost all of them have zero game.
# 1 - Facebook

One could argue this site deserves the number one spot for the high number of users alone. While that certainly is a factor (hard to run out of women and allows you many chances to practice and hone your skills), this site also gets the spot for a few other reasons. Women are facebook seem to be pretty open to meeting new people and though some women dont check their messages often enough, pulling the women that do message you isn't hard at all. I would rate the difficultly of pulling on here at average.
The friend suggestion feature of facebook is also very helpful and even allows you to do a type of "online social circle gaming."
