Whenever I'm hanging out with friends and some hot girls, I get extremely scared and I'll admit that because of My insecurities about myself I have tried to get with girls wihout saying a word but knowing that they will like me because of my looks, but that never worked so basically now I think I'm not good enough for any girl, and i've always been shy around girls so how do I get rid of this belief that every one else who is more socially popular or generally more liked is ten times better than me? and stop being jealous whenever a kid that I don't think is better looking than me is more popular than me? I agree these are childish thoughts but I can't get rid of them

Accept that you are the man, come in terms with the fact that unless you do something nothing is going to change.

Being a man, your sexual role is active, embrace it.

Take any hot girl as a challenge, you don't have to fuck every hot chick you see but go for one, open her, open yourself up, then the next, then the next, before you know it you will be fucking an amazing girl.

It is a matter of skills at the end, and you are not getting skills if you don't throw yourself into the fire.
