- I going to start out on a gym 2 times a week, and maybe on the weekends play some basket or soccer.

- I Study on university and I live alone dont have much time to do some fancy dishes so I have frozen food that my mom sent, just need to heat up on microwave but I only eat this food at dinner, breakfast and lunch I will eat on the university.

What I would like to know is what should I eat by breakfast, what should I avoid in lunch. Another is what fruits should I buy , I ussualy eat apples and grapes and bananas . Im kinda junkie on choocolate cookies I would like to trade that with something that is bad. anyone sugestion.

Well Carlos I'm in a bit of a weight loss journey myself. At one time I weighed 235 pounds, not sure what that translates to in other countries. Anyway, in about 2 months time I weighed 185 pounds. I looked great and felt better than ever. Since then I've let myself go and gained 25 of those 50 pounds lost back. Its time for me to make some lifestyle changes and drop down to a lean 185 lbs.

When it comes to weight loss, cardio and food intake are your main goals. You want to burn more calories than you consume.

Lets cover food first. You want to eat normal foods that you enjoy. Leafy greens and dark greens are really going to help you shed that unwanted belly fat. Make a salad, mix some vinegar and olive oil to taste and top it with that. Both of those will slightly help boost your metabolism. If you want to replace those chocolate cookies with something not AS bad for you but still sweet to the taste buds, try some honey roasted peanuts. Eat smaller portions also. Use smaller plates. When you fill it up there is actually less there, but your mind sees a full plate of food.

Now, cardio is the trick. Everybody can hop on a treadmill or stationary bike and get used to 10 - 15 minutes of cardio. The trick there is balance. Do your 15 minutes on the bike. Then really hit your body with a curve ball. Complex Cardio exercises are tough. They're different and they work. I have some links that could really help you out and as soon as I get my 5 posts in, I'll be sure to link them to you.

Good Luck on the training bro. Keep us posted on your results.

Im sure there are lots of differing opinions on what to do and how to do it, but there are some very basic things that you should do or be aware of.

1)If you want to loose the weight you need to go on diet, but the problem is it may or will come back, you really need to diet AND change your eating habits/lifestyle.

2)To start with, eat alot less while your 'diet' willpower is strong, to help shed the initial weight, just make sure you take multi vitamins.

3)Avoid sugary and processed shit - coke, chocolate, white bread, all bread type food tbfh, fries, pizza you get the idea, if you ever feel peckish try something like hummus and oatcakes, peanuts or almonds. Remember I said avoid, if you feel like having a pizza, have it but you have to work it back somewhere else, more excercise, less food etc.

4)Id also recommend you get some form of food book, if you have bad eating habits or dont know how to cook basics now - delaying that learning curve until later will be just as bad, unless you are going to eat ready meals for the rest of your life, which if you are isnt gonna help your weight loss.

5)Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday, anything cardio that makes you sweat and increases your heart rate, if you can do more: do it, just get into a routine when you can fit it in, for example I was running 30minutes in the morning before going to work and then 30 minutes as soon as I got home at 6pm.

6)Denying yourself your pleasures usually makes you think about them and you crave them more, if you like chocolate eat it, but as little as you can, just feel free to treat yourself once in a while, but remember to counter it - exercise more, eat less etc.

Lastly (this is personal opinion) Get a goal shirt or something similar thats too small that you can fit into if you lost say half the weight and work into it, once you get into that, get a smaller one works better than a scale and motivates you!
