Ok, long story short,

I went out to a movie with a girl from work, we had drinks after... I got enough attraction and IOI's but didn't build enough comfort or apply enough kino before kiss closing... I still kiss closed and we kissed about 5 times before she stopped me...

"Blah blah, just broke up with my boyfriend (2 months ago), blah.... don't want to hurt you, blah"

Here's where I'm sticking, She's super shy so I find it incredibly hard to neg (although I don't think I need to too much with her) and kino escalate.

Now that she's pushed me off and I see her a lot at work, I'm not sure how to tackle this...

Any advice is greatly appreciated,
