(I assume it is fake, it looks like it and remains constant between the episodes (of The Pick-Up Artist)...)

I assume he either gets a pivot to put on a lipstick and then kisses his neck without dabbing off the excess. Either that, or he has some sort of fake lips that he does the same thing with.

Yup thats probably how. Ive kissed my wing on the neck with lipstick on :P I smugged all the remainging lipstick off and when a girl noticed that night she'd ask:

"Why have you got a bit of lipstick on?"

Id act shocked. Touch my lips wipe some off, say:
"im...not..OHHH..[act embarassed] that was...julie."

HAha i love it:)

It looks too clean to be an actual lipstick kiss.

I'm thinking a stencil and some face paint or like you said... a stamp.

I found bandaids in the shape of lips. They look real and are about
the right size... so that would be a good start.

They're called "Boo Boo Kisses Adhesive Bandages"

Nope, not a tattoo because it's not always there. I also think it's some kind of stamp. It is pretty perfect. But, it also works.

hmmm nah i got this note from these two girls with kisses on it and they look like the one on mystery's neck minus the bright red color
