Well after helping her move into a new place, she asked for this weekend alone with her Best friend (chick) so they can chillax etc. I said sure, that works out perfectly as I promised my friends I would take them out.

Well Monday rolls around and she texts me that same old sob story "Hey, sorry i havent texted you back but I have a confession to make. Me and my BFF went out and got a bit too drunk and stu (i met him, and would call him a friend. He isnt a PUA. He is a stoner and looks like a hobo) and I happened. Im soo sorry I didnt mean it to happen. Are you mad? blablabla"

I texted back " hey. Look you had your chance with me and you have blown it. See you". I then deleted her and her friends from my facebook account.


Just after some feedback. Did I do the right thing? I tried to keep my Alpha frame and not bitch like a little girl.

P.s this is not a oneitus issue, I dont care for her. But the betrayal hurts.

If she contacts me should I ignore it, or react maturely and as an Alpha?

I'd at least send back a "Don't message me anymore." End it officially instead of lefting it hanging with more useless hurt on her side. This way you came out of it as the solid and strong man who she blew her chances with, and you will finally end getting messages.

i can tell you exactly what i would have said. i can't claim that it's alpha, but funny enough (at least to me, because i know my own personality) i know exactly what i would have said:

"well, thanks for the update, good luck with that" (then hang up phone and break all contact)

^ whenever a girl drops a bomb on me, that is my response, and they never hear from me again, at least not until months/years later at which point i act like it never meant anything to me.

I'm an RAFC, which means I am a recovered "another-frustrated-chump". I'm not a PUA. There are a lot of PUAs around here who can better answer your question. I give a lot of advice on how "Not To Be" an AFC, I'm still learning the PUA techniques. Hopefully somebody else will be able to tell you what to say to fuckbuddy'ify her.
