At the mall the other day, recently ran into an HB that I knew from social circles and whom I had not seen 1 about 1 year. We were both happy to run into each other and started talking, eventually ending up in a sitting section at the mall, talking for about 30 minutes. The vibe towards me I picked up is that she seemed excite to see me and was even a little nervous but with a smile, nice. I can tell we are both attracted to each other.We spoke about many things, including her boyfriend whom I had met a year ago when I had seen her and she had just started dating the dude. Keep in mind the conversation was not a pick up. So she seems somewhat happy with boyfriend but not thrilled. Her guy doesnt take her out much to party and they both just hang out very domestic. So we talked more, then went to food court, I ate, talked. Then we went to cell phone store to take her of her cell phone business. Exchanged numbers. Agreed to maybe play tennis that weekend.

Next few days, we machine gun exted some, with lots of exlamation points and smiley faces, back and forth for a couple of days. Then we agreed to play tennis on Saturday. Saturday came and she called me to cancel because she hadnt finished running some lame errands and then bla bla bla. She didnt sound very friendly. I got the feeling that her alarm bells went off and she figured she shouldn't hang out with me. After that, the next few weeks, I texted her but she was very erratic and short in her texts. We spoke once, call got disconnected, few more lame answer texts from her, I stopped communication.

A month passed, and today, out of the blue she sends me a text at 5:30pm "Hey stranger, want to play tennis?" She meant to want to play that same evening.

I did not reply.

So, I dont care about her boyfriend, I still wouldn't mind trying to bang her.

But I also want to protect my time, and dont want to make a tennis date to find out if:

A. She just wants the attention but will not fuck?
B. Does she wanna fuck, starting with tennis?

-So I can keep ignoring. Forget it.

Also, note that she texted, not called me (low investment).

If I did reply I would have to somehow let her know I dont do last minute plans like that.

Why go after a chick with a boyfriend if there is so many other single ladies out there?

You're freeze out seemed succesfull. Maybe you can text her and say something like

"I didn't notice your text until now. Busy weekend" or whatever and then say "Let's meet up for a coffe instead"

And decide a time and such.

But still, if she isn't everything you ever wanted in your life, you should game single ladies.

But that's just me.
