I will start
Kenneth Cole - I could just about buy nothing but and be ok. Its all good quality and looks good in a conservative sort of way. If you are over 25 and have a decent job, it is something to look into. Most stuff is reasonably priced and will last a long time.
Bugatchi Uomo - the shirts are fucking awesome. Very high end material, and very unique designs. You can tell a Bugatchi shirt from 10 feet away, and when you get close you see all the details. Whenever I wear one of these shirts women walk across the room to tell me "nice shirt", I shit you not. In spite of being fashionable, doesn't make you look like a fruitcake or off duty fashion model. Expensive if you buy it from the mall. If you can get one from a discount store do it. Over the weekend bought a $150 shirt for $50 at Marshall's.
Robert Graham - like Bugatchi, except more expensive and also more conservative in general. Good for the older guy who wants to be cool without seeming try hard. Out of the price range for most people, and people who recognize it will think you are wealthy. I personally look at these, then find something that is similar or a knockoff for $100 less.
