Okay guys, here's one of my experimental routines. Have only done it 2 times yet, but it worked.


Name: Band Slam
Location: Class, Night Club
Description This is a fun one, it builds up a slight kino with some humor.

Okay - so you actually are sitting next to a cute girl in class and you wish to approach her. But have no clue howto - do the "Band Slam!"

Step 1
Start tapping with your leg on the beat of a song that's in your head while you are humming the lyrics or the tune. Make sure that when you tap your leg on the floor - you touch the girls legs. Do this several times for like a 5seconds... and make sure you break it off between them to.

Step 2
Say this to the girl: "hey you know.. if we wish to continue this band - you're gonna need to do something to - chose the humming or the tapping?" She'll prolly chose the tapping because of the no noise she'll make.

Step 3
Okay here's where you let her tap and you hum (problebly) Now you have to bring in the "drums." The trick in this is; you're fingers are your drumsticks and everything around you is your material. Your leg & her leg are obligated drums! So you switch with your drumming from her leg to yours.. and so forth.

Step 4
Say to the girl: "I have never seen such an artistic (hummer/tapper) seriously.. we should go get a record deal. But I suggest going to karaoke first.. so does XX fit you?"

She'll problebly say yes or no (if the date doesn't fit)
I got 2 dates out of this. Good luck guys!

i like it! You can drum on her shoulders & head too!

i guess this is on a girl you already have some kind of rapport with. Continuously knocking against the leg of a stranger could just annoy them?!
also, i think if i did this in a club, i would find it tough to get any song in my head if there was other music playing, but good creative thinking..
