Anyways I'm about 5 weeks healed and the AC separation is doing great the trap however still looks like its impotent. I'm back doing all of my regular exercises, about half weight, except anything that involves my left trap. Anyone know of any ways to help it heal, speed recovery etc...
Cheers

lol...I think I get what you're insinuating, good one.
And if you're serious about the "Howd you injury it" question, the answer is snowboarding.

a health professional will be able to advise you on rehab you can do if there is any, and diagnose the problem properly! Especially with nerves, any damage done to nerves is very serious as it can mean permenant loose of function...
hope that helps...

No worries though, I've been through all of the proper channels, orthopedist, sports doctor, physiotherapist, acupuncturist. I'm looking for someone who has been through a similar injury and trying to find out what has worked for them or what to avoid. I know I'm fishing for some hope that it won't be permanent but I'm not the kind of guy who can sit on my ass and wait for something to happen.
