Basically, compliment a complete stranger. Don't try to pick them up. It is the epitomy of a PUA; leave them better than you found them!
Rules:
- If you know them by name, they're not a stranger.

If you compliment her then walk away without expectations, you'll not only make her feel great, but you'll leave her wondering why you didn't try to pick her up. If you ever see her again, that's a pretty good first impression you've left...
Even if you never do pick her up, ironically, it'll raise YOUR confidence as well. You social skills and delivery will get better as a result
