So i met this street charity girl and we had a great conversation, she told me to add her on FB for legal reasons. The general joke of it was i signed up and then she said we would be best friends because of it...probably a line used often!

anyway, about 2 months ago after adding her, i saw she had a long term BF, but i messaged her anyway something along the lines of "so now we are best friends, when are we going to do each other nails/have a slumber party etc" or something like that... anyway no repsonse, leave it a week and ask her a general question about being a street charity person...no response

Fast foward to today, i stumble across her profile and i see she is now single and depressed on valentines day

Also she is wearing a united shirt in her profile so i send this

So your a united fan huh? Yeah it would never work out between us!

First off, I don't claim to be a pua or anything, I've got a bit of natural game which I need to work on, I'm quite often on here myself asking questions - just so you know a little about me before you consider my advice. I've been in similar situations and its amazing how objectivity gives you clarity.

I also noticed this has had 50 odd views with no response which will be annoying for you as I occassionaly have posts unreplied to - ANYWAY, here's my 2 pence;

First of all you said yourself she probably uses the "best friend" line on everyone, and maybe even lets many guys add her to facebook, how did that come up did you ask for it, or ask to keep in touch somehow?

My initial reaction to your post is that she's clearly not interested, you message her a fun message (way to long after by the way, should have been a lot quicker than that), to which she didnt respond. You then followed up another message to which she didnt respond. There's no reason other than she doesnt want to lead you on / not interested at all for her not to reply. IMHO.
Another thing, and it's something I'm guilty of too, when I let my game slip, is that you're chasing her and it's not a position you want to be in. You messaged her once, no response, then again and again until she replied, it will look a little desperate. Ok now she's single and I'm not sure what you think she's doing, but in all honesty she's probably replying to be polite, or more likely if she's sad and lonely now, she might just be doing it for attention.

I don't mean to sound so negative, but I think you should have just forgot about her, since you didnt message her for so long anyway, she couldnt have bothered you that much. And then since you messaged her and got no reply - thats a clear sign to just leave it - Anyway as to what to do now here's what I think;

First of all if she's craving attention, don't give her too much, if you give her all your attention she'll get bored. Actually second thoughts the most important stage now is to get the hell off of facebook, get her number or meet up with her - you'll just end up being online chat buddies otherwise. As to how to get her number, and of course it's going to be a risk but nothing lost nothing gained, use some excuse like you check your facebook that often and you want to move messaging offline as its easier. Or casually leave your number at the bottom of the message, and say something like "drop me a text oir something, I don't check this so often as i get a lot of junk"

You also want to up you're game and get flirty before you're just friends, it all sounds too friendly at the mo - tease her, even be slightly arrogant - maybe comment on women and football since the whole contraversial andy grey thing, i dunno, you'll know more than anyone what to talk about I imagine.

Maybe even bet her a drink? Invite her out with a few friends of yours and hers to see the game. That would be a good no pressure initial meet up, and a relevent one considering your bet - it also gives you a bit of time to flirt with her a bit more and get more conversational than just writing to eachother. When you see her and her friends, if she brings a few lads, great initiate a bit of banter with them first, see who they support bla blah blah, just get them on your side, if they like you she's more likely to. This also shows her social proof, and it means your not giving her immediate attention.

I dunno, just a few things I've picked up over the time of reading and practicing, I'm actually a sucker for messaging nad chasing the girls, I'm slowly realising there are more decent women out there than you think. I'm a sucker for oneitus. I still remain a pretty confident guy, I'm just slightly better in theory at the mo :S

Anyway hope it goes well, be sure to let me know, posting the exchance etc so we can see yr progress - oh an after thought - no matter who wins the bet make the drink you bet another time i.e if you win and she wants to claim her prize, tell her you meant a drink with her at another time - try and secure that second meet up there and then. In my opinion I don't agree with the above poster. In many circumstances a girl has not returned my messages not because they weren't interested, but because they were going through a breakup.

anyways, This liverpool and united match is an excellent chance for u to pull out one of the best and slickest moves.

Ive done this numerous times, but dont message her back about the whole picture comment..give it a week and start talking to her, natural game, nothing canned/

Once u build rapport, you say "wow, the derby is coming up. If liverpool wins, you take me out for lunch, if united win..I'll take you out"

Works like a charm.
