Cute eastern european girl I just paired up with wants to study tonight at 9, no earlier. Haven't established place yet, but options are her dorm, my dorm, or the library. I want to take it back to my dorm since its nice and quiet and theres a restaurant. Where is the right place and what do I say?

How do we escalate what? We don't know what the IOIs are, what she is saying or what she is doing.

Being flirty is a great way to build attraction, but you need to be a little cocky, challenging, mysterious and of course...confident. Do not act needy or clingy.

If she is there to study, then study. If you see any IOIs, then bust on her a little and have fun. She will let you know if her interest level (attraction) is starting to climb. If you see her interest level rising, keep cool and stay in control. Don't start wagging your tale and acting desperate.

It's important to focus on attraction and comfort first. You are going to fall flat on your face without these 2 components in place.

Well I joked about the topic and how hard her name is to pronounce, we've been stealing glances at each other.

No physical contact yet, we sat together and made jokes for about an hour in class during a lecture. When we were deciding who should be team leader she joked about flipping a coin. I pulled one out to her surprise and made her call it, she got the winning toss so since then I've been teasing her about how she's the boss and how hard her name is to pronounce. What do I do tonight?
