Sup guys, here is my problem. There is this girl at my work I find very attractive. We have been talking to each other for a while now and I only get the chance to see her when we take our "break" at the same time otherwise I talk to her on Facebook. I am not so new to the game but I think it will look very afc if I ask her phone number through Facebook don't you think ?I don't want to seem needy by talking to her too often. How should I ask her number? and what are the steps I should take Some advices will be appreciated.

if you have talked to her a bit then you know a few things about her, likes/dislikes and the sort. Knowing a few things about her you should be able to ask her to hang out and do one of the said activities. Then ask for her number to keep in touch with her and to coordinate when you can hang out with her.

Once you have her number don't text right away, as I assume you will see her at work. You don't want to pressure her into hanging out you want to make it seem like you are a busy guy and you thought she may enjoy sharing the activity. If she doesn't answer back right away don't text/call her repeatedly. Do something else and enjoy yourself.
