The pics aren't the best; I'm still working on that. The one in the middle really sucks , but is the only one I could find with a half decent smile.

I'm getting a decent response, but things can always be improved. I've only been gaming HB7 & HB8 right now. Don't want to blow through all the HB9 being a n00b (I live in a smaller area). And still haven't been opened by anything over a 6 (but got number closed by HB 7.5 =D the other day.)

Any-who, feedback welcome; go a head and let me have it.

Honestly, you need to start from scratch. Don't mention the stuff about being a computer engineer - keep it a mystery for the time being.

Most importantly, inject some cocky funny humour into the profile. It all seems a bit too generic. Also, take better pics if you can. You look really tired and unshaven lol.

All I have are vids, which are on my myspace. I posted some stills, but they're kinda lame, and keep getting rejected because "it doesn't so my face". Usually people wear goggles, helmets, etc..

Like I said, I'm working on getting some better pics up.

You sound like a cool dude on here...but on there you seem ...AFC.

First off...kids in your profile pictures are dangerous territory; especially at 30. If you're going to have any kids in your profile that aren't yours, you really need to put a disclaimer above the photo...best off leaving them out. And...the first photo is a bit too close up, and in a picture background matters. The background is giving the story behind it...be doing some of this adventure stuff...or at least near a mountain or something.

The line about how you don't have a dirt bike yet makes you sound poor. Maybe just say how you like them and leave it at that.

Honestly, just sit there and read your profile and go "Okay, why would a woman find this interesting." If you can't think of a reason...get rid of it. The best girls get at least 10 messages a day (if you're from a small town)...you have to stand out from the start.

There are a few solid profiles listed throughout the forums here. Check em out and get some ideas.

Best of luck.

Thanks mig... I haven't been on POF for a while. My profile was different than what I'd of liked.. I read Derek Lamont's book and refortmatted it according to his suggestions. That is how it was when you looked at it. Needless to say, his suggestions sucked. I went back on POF a a few days ago with the older version and it seems to be working okay again.

I took out the pics w/ my nieces and nephews, as well as changed the dirt bike thing... thanks.

Hey dude. I can't see any of lamonts suggestions in this profile.

You need to create some mystery and add some qualifiers..How about

My PASSIONS (add capitols to key words) in life are adrenaline based. So you better be up for a good time getting your adrenaline fix otherwise we're in trouble! Nothing beats a good session on the *dirt biking or whatever*. I love to mix up snowboarding and... wait I'm not giving this information out just yet :p (leave them wanting to know more, creates mystery)

Quit smoking permanently (if it's too hard, get 2 or 3 hypnosis sessions), lose weight by going to the gym 3 times a week for 6 months and continue it, plus get a new hair style after that.

It's gotten improved over time and does okay now. Those are some good suggestions, I just haven't really been into the online thing lately..

I like my hair... :P
