Hi I'm new to the forum and was looking for a bit of advice. Basically recently recently been finished with in a LTR. I'd dabbled with PU before but not go into it seriously.

Really glad I've got back into this sort of stuff again because it's making me realise huge amounts about myself. Around guys and older people(not attractive) I'm brilliant, always had alot of male friends and I'm a salesman and a pretty sucessful one at that.

However, as soon as a remotely attractive woman comes along I fall to bits. I'm slowly realsing I have major inferiority issues. Just wondering what are the best sort of materials to help with inner-game and raising my self esteem with women or if anyones got any advice? Thanks

yeah probably a few underlying insecurity issues there although i dont doubt your brilliant or a great salesman and sometimes fear of not being enough can be a massive driver for success so not all bad anyhow i was just watching a vid i havent watched for a while called 'loving yourself by louise hay' on youtube
its basic but a great place to start.
