Cant get into CHAT

It loads real quick, then it says connecting and never ever actually connects. It says that there is an error on the page of the chat. But i don't know what else to do. My laptop is brand new so i don't know what the deal is!

Guys, if you have a 64-bit distro, try using a 32-bit flash plugin. Check on Adobe site how to do that. It fixed the issue for me.
