I got into pick-up around 6 months ago after my long-term girlfriend from school split up with me for the fourth and final time. I realised I had to man up and learn how to attract women. I've since devoured as many books, forums and videos as I've been able to find; ranging from NLP, to 'The Game', to stuff on body language or pure seduction. One thing I guess I'm still pretty clumsy with is texting and messaging after a number-close.
I've got a date tomorrow night with a solid HB9 which I'm understandably determined to get right, and even after we arranged to meet she has continued to text and message me. Should I encourage this by making regular responses, or will I spoil things by seeming overly keen? I understand her behaviour is a big IOI, and I'm pretty confident she's already attracted even though we've only met once in person. Is frequent messaging prior to a first date recommended for building comfort etc, or should I keep things straight to the point and just focus on building rapport when I'm actually with her?
Thanks in advance for your help! _________________ Negativity is the asylum of the weak.

I would think texting back every now and again with indirect responses and funny stuff would be a good thing. Maybe just text back "driving, pls call." or text back something funny that is completely unrelated to what she is talking about. I just started working on this kind of thing so I am not sure if it is a good idea but most stuff out of that book has been helpful. _________________ You can't forget about me, stupid. I am aware that I messed up the sentence construction somewhat in hastily typing the poll; I'm a law student and stickler for spelling and grammar so fear not, no-one was more irritated by this faux-pas than myself. It is, however, too late to change the name of the poll once people have voted.
