Hey guys,

I am a long time reader and first time poster. I have a big problem at work.

Until last year, I had never heard of game. I was a total AFC. My whole life (now 28) I was taught to be AFC. Like I said, last year a buddy of mine opened my eyes to the world of PUA. I was totally pumped and it became a passion of mine.

A couple of months back, I started a job in sales. On the sales team that I am a part of, there are 5 other guys. Starting off, two of the guys I work with (names Doug and Rick) are total assholes. They are very condescending and treat me like shit. One guy (Rick) has been there for like 5 years and the other (Doug) for about 8 months. I try to ignore them, but they go out of their way to try and get me raddled.

About a 3 weeks ago, their is this new receptionist that started and she is a 8.5. We each take turns being "up" in our rotation for who gets customers. The first encounter I had with this chick, I ran some routines and I got her attracted to me. Then Doug started saying shit to her behind my back. One day I was getting a little stressed out from work. So as I am walking by Doug says "Hey Eric, smile" as to dis me and say that I am a downer. Another time he says "Eric, quit looking at all that porn on your computer". The receptionist laughs as he says this stuff and makes me look like a loser. Then one day he says that one of the guys I work with has a crush on me. Along with this he is always condescending and belittles me for work related things. I would love to knock this guy out, but that would be nothing but bad. Rick laughs and adds in on the comments that Doug makes. Now Doug is going on a date with this girl during this week.

I know it may be too late to salvage anything with this girl, but is there any suggestions you guys would have when dealing with cockblocking assholes?

Funny - the other I posted something about AMOGs at work. Although your situation's different, it still kinda has parallels.

Looks like were outgunned by this jerk who also had a wing man in tow. It sounds like you need to work on your inner game a bit more, if you think that stupid comments like those killed your chances.

Get yourself out to the gym, number close girls, k-closes, f-closes, etc. Confidence is something that radiates through. Once you have that real strong inner game, nothing they say will register in your head.

Being relatively new to the game I don't have a strong inner game. It just sucks I have to work with these assholes!

Until I get to the point of having strong confidence, is trying to match wits against him an okay thing to do?
