Do you purposely make her feel jealous? I don't think its accomplishing anything if she's very shy e.g low self esteem, if anything its holding you back.

Well he might have a point though. "Make her feel special" could work. Or maybe it doesn't work. Playing some PUA game on her might work. But since I'm not so brilliant at that, and it isn't always a good idea in a relationship anyways, the old fashioned approach is to assess whether this situation is good enough for you. If it isn't, you talk to your partner about it. You have a confrontation about it. If she doesn't really show any interest, doesn't bring new things to the table, can't get past her own problems, etc., then you break up with her and move on. So I'm saying I partially agree with Witch. Rather than "break up with her," I'd say try something with her, talk to her, and be willing to break up with her if it doesn't go anywhere.

You gotta be soft with her man. She is already your girlfriend! Why make her jealous. If you do that then she is going to reciprocate and bang your friends. Touch her a lot and compliment her in unique and interesting ways. Tell her she is beautiful and sexy. By her something sexy and get her to wear it for you. Shy = Lack of trust. People don't act shy around people that they trust with their feelings and emotions. Build trust and don't do anything to make her close off anymore.

ONE WORD OF CAUTION: This just may be the way she is...it was stated earlier to break up with her for someone that won't make you chase her sexually. Not true...don't give up if this is what you want...but understand...if this is the way she is...you just may be able to get her in bed...but that may not change her ways or will automatically make her a sexual beast either. So you get her in bed once...it's good but then it doesn't happen again for another while, then what?

Honestly, you most likely have a good girl on your hands that will really take care of you...but sexually, she just may not feel confident and sometimes...and I do mean sometimes, you just can't change that no matter how she looks to you or what you say...if she doesn't feel it, it can be hard for her and you honestly don't want her to fake it either...it can be an up hill battle. I've been there and it was for me.

Man! I gotta say that I don't think anyone has ever earned this much instant respect from me in an internet forum. I wrote a very long response but decided to erase it and keep the message simple. Once you have learned everything there is to know about PU and social psychology you will most likely have to drop all of it to reach the pinnacle. A true master PUA should be able to recognize the innermost being of others and provide them with what they need to be complete, content, and at peace. I don't think you should discredit the learning process and all the material out there will certainly help you on the way. This post shed a lot of light on some ideas that I haven't been to wrap my brain around. thank you.

I want to revise my advice. I based it on my projection of what this girl (who to me is all but imaginary) needs. You know her. If you care for her then be what she needs. Maybe this will trigger her to let lose sexually and maybe it won't.

Tthe golden rule is here that women need to feel comfortable with the guy in order to have sex. You making her feel jealous takes that away.
