Went out with the Jackal on friday. I was pretty new to pick up, never been out sarging or anything but im reasonably social, I was a little sceptical when we first started, but soon jackal had got me doing crazy things that are way out of my comfort zone and loads of approaches got numbers and was blown out a load of times but it was just great to be out there approaching.

It was the amazing how much I learned in just one evening. I also met a great bunch of guys who were really cool i'll definetly be up for doing it again.
Anyway I really recommend going if your with him if your in the bham area he'll get you pushing yourself and u'll also meet up with some great guys.

Went out with Jackal again this week for some one on one. Found this session quite difficult, my energy was low and without a large group it was hard to get in the spirit of things. This meant that my approaches didnt come of well as I was clearly lacking confidence, although I am pleased just to do so many approaches this session has clearly shown that were I need to improve.

later in evening jackal got me doing approaches were I had to get people to put a glitter eyeliner on me. I actually found this suprisingly easy as it was easy to have some fun with this.

To finish the night we met up and had a drink with one of Jackals mates who turned out to be a top bloke and then headed to a local bar. I felt a bit more myself and was able to chat and approach with more confidence than the rest of the night, got some girls up to dance and try and learn salsa moves.


Altogether a good night learnt alot about myself as well as learning that im crap at salsa.

Hit bham again this weekend with Jackal. Had quite alot more confidence and enjoyed myself. Tried direct opening by just stopping people in the street and introducing myself, found this to be suprisingly fun and easy.

Managed to get a few number closes in some bars, however I found noisy and packed venues much more difficullt as people tended to have there defences up a little more.

I feel like ive learned alot in the few sessions ive done, im definitely coming across as more confident from when I started and people are more relaxed and friendly when I open them.

Hopefully back out next weekend

Went out friday and saturday with Jackal and a new wing (gullifoyle). Friday was great full of confidence had some great interactions and plenty of number closes, which ended on a high. Saturday was much more difficult got alot of bad reactions which effected my confidence a bit which led to a bit of a downward spiral, however two pluses my wing got a number close from an absolute hottie, then the final group which we opened which began as a perfectly average but friendly chat but ended up going so well in a bizzare way with one member of the group that I couldnt quite beleive what had happened.

Anyway I fully expect to ave nights that dont go so well, altogether a great weekend tho and met a great new wing.
