| This occurred to me on my school trip, when I suddenly lost my good friend. I felt AFC all over again.
AFC? No. INSECURE. Why? Because I had no one to turn to "if the worst happens."
See, I am realistic. I plan for the worst and hope for best. As soon as I can't plan for the worst, I feel like shit. But back to work now.
If the worst happens - if you get rejected by everyone - you need to have someone to turn to, to talk with. So, basically, you need someone who is sure to be with you, no matter how much people reject you. Have this, and huge deal of social insecurity goes away.
How do you do this? By developing BASE-SET (Bset).
That is a set - a group of people - who you can turn to. IF you have a wing, or go out with friends, you can use them as a Bset.
If you go out alone, open first available and easiest set and spend some time with them.
One base set rule; THERE IS NO TARGET. Don't neg anyone. Simply make them like you and want to be with you - as a friends or other way, it doesn't matter. As long as you know you can turn to them if everyone fucks you up.
Also, they don't need to be extra funny. Or beautiful. Or anything. They just need to be there for you.
Do this, and your inner game will improve dramatically.
Carpe Diem. _________________ You don't know the future, you can't change the past. The only thing that matters is THE CURRENT MOMENT.
