How can I hide my boner or prevent from getting one when I make out with a girl?

Hell, if I hold hands with a girl or simply get touched by one after moments of talking, the boner rises!

I tried wearing tight underwear to keep it tightly hidden, but it reduces my sperm count for a big load. I read some dudes get anxiety problems and DONT GET ERECTIONS.

WTF, some of us dont want it. What if it scares the target away or her friends sees it?
