A lot of guys seem to think that because a girl drops him, that she was never interested and she was always full of shit and just used him. But that's usually not the case, she just stops being attracted to him. Which sucks, but "attraction is not a choice", otherwise all the nice guys would have hot girls and the assholes would be single.

So, if you have had your heart broken by a girl and are now trying to learn proper game so that you can show her that she was wrong to screw you over, stop thinking like that, it's going to ruin your game. Remember those brilliant words that David D gave us, "Attraction is NOT a choice". So be confident that she probably did love you, or was attracted to you, but you lost that because you were an AFC. Its time for a clean slate, forget about her and any misery she caused you and work on being the best you that you can be. Soon the women will flock to you and you don't need to be waiving it in her face, because you won't care about making her feel bad, because you feel so good.

Dude your right. Im as new as it gets i just finished the game and went shopping for new clothes and already i can see a change in confidence.

I think the coolest part of the game is that its not just about women, it becomes so much more. I am personally doing this because i wana be a better person. I want to be able to go out and have fun when im at a bar or club instead of sitting around waiting to get home.

Truth is i think that becomming a PUA will overall make me a happier, more social, better person...and having the girls will be an added plus.

So i beleive that everyone should do this for them selves, not for some chick who probably doesnt deserve you anyway.

The description you gave TOTALLY defines the situation i just got out of. Dated for 1 year, then just broke my heart.. oh well, this time last week i was miserable, but now i have starting reading MM and things are getting better. I'm seeing "the light". This is just great.

I wish I had read The Game after I got my heart broken the first time (I don't even think it was out yet though), because I didn't eat anything for a week after that. All I could do was drink iced tea and eat vitamins to keep my strength up, but I couldn't choke any food down, or force myself to go to class or anything. It sucks and you feel stupid, but it hurts and almost all of us have been there (people, not just men, not just PUAs).
