Hey guys, to cut the story short, I've met I'd say 5-6 girls online, one or two ending up a proper relationship, but in the end, it turns out that they're weird or have serious under lying problems.

Am I unlucky, or has this happened to you?

I'm thinking, maybe they go for online dating because it makes them feel better, and their problems can't be seen/sensed etc. Of course you get some nice, regular women too.

For example, one of my LTR's went weird, she had a bad past, X used to beat her etc, where I'm the opposite, I'm kind, caring, laid back, but not needy. Also the other became a stalker like person.

So I'm wondering, what's your experiences?

These things that have happened to me have made me seriously think of not gaming online at all anymore.

Dude thats the reason why I dont do online game, a few years ago I met this girl online she lived 3 hours away from me in a small town which didnt have KFC or macas LOL, anyway I build some rapport and went attraction phase with her real fast. With in a few weeks of casual texting I decided to go for a night trip with my friend, when I saw her she was talking crap the whole time we texted, she said she was half jap and half maori, she said she was rich, she looks like an 8 in her photos(fukin photoshop). Now when I met her she was broke, she has no asian in her, she was a 3 in my books(kissed close because Im not travelling there for nothing! lol)

Point is fuk online games unless you know the women, Ive had my experiences with them and too many people know how to use photoshop and lie. Gottah laugh and love these kind of experiences though

I have yet to have a truly bad experience with online game. Tho part of it is that I do screen the girl before I decide to meet her. I have met girls from online that have been a bit off but its more of a nerdy/geeky type of off than a total opposite of what they said of themselves online off.

Dilaks, I agree, going to stay away from online game, I'll rather do it in person and for real now, maybe the odd lay from online, nothing more, because it's easier to bullshit online.

Jurupa, lucky you haven't had a bad experience, then again, we all experience different things, and this is one great thing about life and gaming eh!

I've pulled between 50 and 60 girls between myspace and facebook and i think it's just you bro. Most do not seem at all weird, although some are overly clingy and annoying.

I wrote a post while back about hating online-game because I havent gotten decent successes.

The women I met online just appear or turn out to be frauds!

Literally,I've sarged and connected solidly with about 10 girls over the past 4 weeks(mainly Facebook).

None of the 10 materialized into a # close.

All of the 10 have faded-meaning we dont communicate anymore.

A bit similar from your issue Chel'.

I can connect yet cant # close.

When I do manage to # close(rarely),she's a major flake.

I guess it's me.

It is me I admit.

I have more success in street appraches.

Jurupa, if true, you should write a book, or your just extremely fortunate. 50/60 girls haha, I've met around 10 from online gaming.

I can meet women, just most have some major underlying issue or a bad past that always creeps up, ruining the encounter, and this is why they've resorted to online gaming, I think.

Seems we have another issue, that's the same K.

I'm staying away from online gaming now, a waste of time in my opinion and I'll stick to the real thing.

Wow. There is always a chance to find women that have problems at deep level but...

So your point is?

My point to be exact is, a lot of women I've met online have had underlying, major issues, a bad past etc, of course everyone wants to deal with things. Just some people can't.

80% of the women I've met online have had underlying issues, that ruin things, compared to around 30%, if that, of women met in person by approach.

Maybe it's coincidence, but I don't think so.

A lot of men online are looking for a quick casual fling, or lie to get what they want, where as most women want something deep and emotional, because of bad history.

Dude add them on Facebook, read there profile and study peoples comments, who they speak to and how they come across also if they have hundreds of pictures and look good then when you meet up with them they will look good also! Facebook gives so much away about a person that it can sometimes give too much away but remember when online gaming always add them on facebook for a quick browse it works! i have met girls on a dating site where they look stunning on the 2 or 3 pictures they have, added on facebook looked at 10 or 20 and though what the hell was i thinking!
