How do you guys act around Ex-GF's that you want to transition into FWB. I am very careful about not hurting women; because of that...they always want to keep hanging out after we break up. If I'm hoping to make some of them into FWB's...do I act like a normal PUA and get girls number in her presence (DHV), or is that going to just make her mad at me and not want to sleep with me?

Do you guys have any tips on transition from Ex-Gf->Friend->FWB ?

Firstly, I would venture that this is a very volatile situation and you might want to get some girls who aren't your ex's before you tackle this.

Either way, the key to winning back an ex is a very heavy rapport break; it's actually better NOT to befriend her right away, but like I said, to break rapport and move away from her. It's almost beneficial if you guys argue; drama can be a catalyst for attraction.

Anyway, when you do come back, after a long, heavy rapport break, you wanna come back with an overtly sexual frame.
