when i wake up my voice tone is solid and sounds like it should sound but sometime during the day it will be so high like i'm going through puberty even though i'm 22. i have 0 control over this. should i let it go and accept it? or you have any better ideas to share.

are you often short of breath?
there are two possibilities that i know of:
- weak diaphragm (practise deep breathing into your stomach - and be sure you make absolutely no sound, especially breathing in should be completely silent)
- stressed out so you can't relax your vocal cords (do you often get agitated when speaking ot others and then your voice gets progressively worse?)

for most people it's a combination of both i guess, atleast for me it is. but i'm getting over it fast. my voice has become different in just days of irregular breathing and singing excercises. i had wondered about this issue before and even improved but in the end the i focussed so much on my tonality that it distracted me from my actual thoughts in everyday life - don't do this! when you're with others never focus on how your voice sounds. if you notice you're speaking in a high pitch again, make a committment to later do excercises, sing, meditate to relax, whatever, rather than getting even more stressed out. just roll with what you have in the moment, you can't rely on a revolutionary breakthrough in the middle of social interaction!

for me the biggest problem is that i feel a deep, strong voice would be natural for me - my thoughts are deep and strong in every sense of the words. but i couldn't communicate them to anyone, being worst with people i don't know at all and those i know the best, with so-and-so results inbetween. this made me feel like i can't "be myself" at all. and interestingly the oberservation has proven to be true, now when i talk to people my improved voice allows me to identify with my actions rather than constantly feel like i'm damaged in some way. and people seriously react more positively to exactly the same frames of mind.

tl,dr: work on it in your free-time, but make a point of ignoring it whenever you're with others and you don't sound the way you want to.

ah same thing happens to me, especially when talking to strangers/new people
never happens with my friends, or when I'm drinking. So that leads me to believe confidence has a big part to do with it.
I think being confident in what you are saying and being more concious of the words and trying to speak a bit slower helps, if that makes any sense.
anyone got more tips? this is my biggest hang up for not only day game but just social interactions in general, i never know when its going to happen !!!
