I was just wondering if Cocky comedy was a form of negging that prevents her from ever raising that shield and if it should be used a lot or just when that shield comes up. Also, for a clear picture, interesting and fun conversations are the hook and reel and negging prevents walls?

C+F (cocky & funny) is a style that a PUA uses to show his higher value to the girl and sends a message that he's not seeking approval. He is cocky (arrogant) and this is very intriguing to the girl. The PUA is actually saying "I'm the Alfa male in this joint."
Now for negging: A HB9 or 10 will have her Bitch shield up the moment she walks in to a club. She KNOWS she's gonna get hit on by the majority of the AFC's in there. She EXPECTS it cuz she's soooo hot....! Right?
By negging her you tell her you're not intimidated by her looks. Looks don't mean shit to you....This will upset her because you're not doing exactly what she expected, so she thinks she's losing it. She'll give you a shittest or a hoop. Neg her again.....(Don't ever jump thru her hoop!) Turn your back to her if you have to.....
By now she'll be totally confused. You must be different than all the other jocks in the place. When she realises that her usual bitchshield doesn't work on you, she will start to beg for your attention.

A hoop is a test by a HB to get you to do something for her and provide proof that you're a total loser.
E.g. you have negged her for the first time. She's interested but she won't show it. She'll test you like this:

HB: Buy me a drink....?
(If you do...you lose!)
Instead say:
PUA: Tell ya what. Buy me a drink and I'll think about it......(Turn your back to her)

10 to 1 she'll buy you a drink.....

and to add to smoke's comment, if she doesn't buy you a drink, playfully turn away from her and start talking to another person. It's all part of the flirting. Just avoid the things a typical AFC would do.

Right didn't want to make a new post so here it goes:

I was pretty much born C&F (of course not that good but it just comes natural to me) and I'm currently studying the MM. I'll try to combine these 2 techniques in the future because Mystery's approach seems really good and I just can't wait to try it out.

anyway the question is this: is C&F a good stand-alone method? tell me from your own experience if C&F used alone (which is basically impossible as we are soooooo unique ^^) is a worthy method

and if some are practising MM+C&F please tell me your experiences, maybe even advice what method works best when combined with C&F

C&F works fine alone. pretty much any method will work with a group or solo. the key to all of it is be confident. not confident in what you say exactly, but confident in yourself. if you show the girl that you are comfortable with yourself, it doesn't matter what you say at all. so yea, C&F works fine solo. but remember there IS a fine line between Cocky funny and insulting.

and even though I know about the thin line... thanks for the reminder. the line between C&F and insults should never EVER be crossed when getting girls
