Be careful that she's not trying to use you as a "decoy". I.E. she talks to you goes places with you, tells her aprents about you, even introduces you to them. Then whenever she wants to see Mr. 21, she tells her parents she's going with you, (they approve of you) then heads off to see him...

Plausable, yes. What I would pesoanlly do in this stuation is get in there and ask all the questions that are being avoided, then find out the truth and thats it. On the off chance she is playing you it's best to find out now opposed to when you have invested emotion into the relationship, If there is something in it then go for it man and if you dont get the answer you want you have a clean break to get with any single chick you desire. so its win/win

well hes only 22 and im 21 so i don't think there is that much of a diffrence so i don't think that's the case, maybe some other reason...

Why would you answer that way? If that's in the U.S. the common age of consent is 16. Canada is 16, some European countries go as low 14. Shit, I bet theres some even lower. I hope you ain't on here at 21 yrs old asking how to game a senior, junior, or worse a sophmore in high school...

Actually I think you have a bigger problem with it, just by your answer old enough to legally have sex, instead of just saying 16. Then you get all defensive about too.
