Yep, phone game is a DEFINITE plus. Man, you get her wanting you while you're on the phone and she'll be willing to just about drop everything and drive all the way to wherever you are right then and there, if there's any way she can, that is. Even on the phone you should do a lot of push/pull with her. And, listen to her voice closely.

Ok, listen carefully . . .
When you do call her, YOU maintain the frame, keep control of the phone convo. YOU bust on her for being a flake. YOU listen to how SHE handles you busting on her for it. That will tell you if there is anywhere to go with this or not. If you think there is somewhere to go with it, then YOU control the next time you two get together, and if she "agrees" with you on that, you keep busting her on being a flake this time and how she will probably flake on you again, UNTIL she gives you HER WORD and PROMISES that she won't flake again. At that point, all you can really do is see if she's playing with you or if she's got some interest in you. Remember, she needs to make up for flaking this time and she needs to qualify herself TO YOU. If she won't own up to either of those things, which should already be in your frame, in your mind while you talk to her, then it's lost anyway.
