Depends on what you're wearing it with. It is incredibly bold, so you're going to have to keep your whole outfit pretty out there in order to pull it off. If you just wear normal clothes and that, then ya, its gay.

And customize! Try hanging a few feathers from it..something for women to stroke, you'll certainly stand out and they'd be a conversation piece - for example you could say you are a spiritual person who likes to be reminded their free like a bird to go/do what they wish.

You could develop by saying you find native american beliefs interesting (go learn some interesting facts about them to interest your audience).

You know I think I may have to do it... with a ridiculous outfit... I saw a silver-ish vest at goodwill the other day that I may see if it's still there... what would you say with that belt... some fairly tight jeans, silver vest over a dark blue dress shirt... untucked poking out the bottom of the vest blue hair gell would make my hair semi-blue (my hairs brown), and white cowboy boots (maybe black if my balls aren't felling quite to basketball size that day)... I'd have to fend off any gay guys who were around with a stick... but I think it would have a similiar effect of ladies too.
