(First of all, I'm 16) I got a job and today was my first day. To my surprise, I met a cute girl my age who has been working there for 3 weeks. She told me I took her spot as a phone person and she got to be a waitress now (today was her first day serving). So far my game hasn't been too good, but I haven't acted like an AFC.... I'll show a couple of our conversations throughout the work shift:

1.
While I'm packing chicken wings in a bag (with latex gloves on)
HB9: Wow, that sucks, they never made me do that...
Me: Oh... at my other job as a busboy they made me do it a couple times
HB9: wait, are you a busboy??
Me: Nah, I'm a phone boy.
(Almost cutting me off)*HB9 rubs the dirt off my shoulder* and says: Looking sharp!
Me: haha, thanks.

2.
*Shes standing next to me as 2 workers exit from the back*
HB9: They're all potheads they all smoke...
Me: (didn't hear clearly) What did you say, they're potheads??
HB9: Yea, i hope you smoke because they all smoke pot....
Me: do you smoke??
HB9: Yea, shhhh... do you???
Me: Occasionaly.
HB9: well every body here smokes...
Me: I'm used to it, at my old job everybody smoked....
(cutting me off)HB9: where did you work??
Me: [Restaurant Name]
HB9: Oh really?!?!?
Me: yea, i worked there for 6 months and it closed down.
HB9: aww it closed down?!?!?
Me: yea....
HB9: blah blah blah i used to work at blah blah
Me: How old are you?
HB9: 16
Me: Oh really??!!?? I'm 16 too..
HB9: what school do you go to??
etc. etc. etc. lasted a few more lines.... (don't wanna bore you, but you get the point)

She smiled most of the time when she talked with me.... could've just been friendliness, or an IoI....

How can I game her better??? I know I had some opportunities in the above conversations, but what i said just came out naturally w/o much thought...

umm, basically... and if not at least be able to chill with her and meet more girls from her school... I don't see the problem though, the manager is chill as fuck i know he won't care. The owner would, but he's barely ever there. I need tips/techniques that would help generate attraction in this situation. Anyone know some?

What you wanna do is just kino her when you talk to her at work. Arms, shoulders, that sort of stuff. Do fun things like throw things at her, take her hand and spin her, tease her, "Why haven't they fired you yet?", and just fluff with her from time to time. Also, you shouldn't be available at all times, you need to keep busy and use body language towards her showing you gotta go back to work, if you start backing up while she's talking to you, if she's really into you you will notice she will start walking towards you while you're talking.
