Usually this will happen for a shit excuse under the guise of a legitimate reason.

No more excuses.

Work towards removing excuses from your life! What do I mean?

Get an unlimited phone plan so that you can run as much phone game and practise as much as possible.

Live in a busy area, where there are plenty of places to sarge.

Have at least 3 outfits that you are 100% comfortable in and that are 100% field tested.

Have a cheat sheet for every scenario.


In a time of need, when you are questioning yourself, small changes that you make in your life over the long term can pay HUGE dividends in the future. It is all about making the pickup process a DOWNHILL experience. You want it to be as easy as possible at every turn along the way.

Maybe the examples I have given above don't apply to you - but there will be examples that do.

Take a long hard look at yourself, find your excuses and systematically remove them from your life NOW!!!

I thought I had learned what I needed and that my insecurities were gone. I was at the peak of my life because of PUA-stuff. Then a girl came around and managed to dig out a few things I had buried and I've cried for the first time in four years. Several times.

So I thought I'd leave this stage thinking I had found the girl of my dreams -- for the third time in my life. Yesterday I said "I have feelings for you" aaaand... yeah. I mean, I know how this shit goes down, yet I couldn't realize it was a fucked up move to make.
