What does one do about wings who don't help. The one I've been working with has basically attempted to turn himself into a pseudo-AMOG [occasionally is an amog without notifying me of whats going on (running my sets)] and then switches back. For example, [occationally] when opening sets he'll take the whole set with me there and exclude me from the group. Hes quite stubborn, and I'm losing trust with him [hes trying to reframe even on me].
Advice is greatly appreciated. We have been sarging together for nearly a year ... this has gotten quite frustrating.

After noticing that I wasn't getting anywhere with them, I started sarging solo. Before, I'd open all our sets, entertain them, deal with the obstacles, and my wings would scoop up the weak lamb of the pack. So I started sarging solo and voila: My success rate skyrocketed. I even found a few new wings, some old acquaintances and guys who got my # to go sarging with me. Amazing how easy it can be with a wing who pulls his weight!

So when you're out solo, make sure to also chat with guys, the bartenders, random acquaintances you may run into, etc. That in turn will help your social proof and make it easier for you with the next set.
