Context: The last two girls I went out with had a common girlfriend. I met her a couple of times and she was always very serious with me... until last weekend where she was hitting on me quite directly. We slept together last weekend...

On Friday she sent me her number by facebook... I didn't ask.. bottom line she ended up flaking on me, these are the sms's we exchanged.. any ideas of what could go wrong?

[Saturday 3pm] Me: Ciao! How are you? Tonight I am going for dinner with some friends but after I can pass by where you are. call you later then! Picaro

[20 mins later] Her: Ciao, How are you? Me too I go 4 a dinner, then I'll see.. I haven't decided about the sequence yet, Will let u know, enjoy the dinner! ciao, see ya later

[46 mins later...] Me Ok see ya later

[1am... note that in my country people hang out until 5~6 am]
Me: Hi! How's the full moon treating you? I am at *bar1*, you? Picaro

Her: Hi! what is going on there? Don't even dare to ask me where I am, I am at posh place *PoshPlace*, first time ever since I live in this city. [note, she is not posh and she was in the most posh place in the city]

Me: UUuuh! Maybe you like ti and you are going to unleash the Paris Hilton you have inside Are you dressed all in pink?

Her: sure, I am totally pinky, inside and outside... :-/ were are you heading to? This is really crap...

Me: Hey pinky! I am still at *bar1*, pick me up and we go somewhere else! [note: she has a car, not sure she was driving though, she was the last time]

Her: *Some other Bar* 4 me...

Me: Nope it's not *Some other Bar*, I'm at *bar1*, a new place close to *Bar2*.. Shall we dance?

Her: I am at home And you, you dancing? Good night!

I didn't reply to that...

I personally wouldn't have replied to her there, you didn't have anything to tell her since you had already said you would see her later, she said it too. You replying made it look a little AFC, just saying.


You didn't do that bad. If it were me I would have told her: "I'm at *bar1* come dance with me." or something to that extend.
Try her again next time, she keeps replying so she is at least a bit interested.

Just a follow up...

We went for a drink, she arrived 40 minutes late and she didn't even call or sent an sms....

I left the place after 30 minutes and went to a concert in a bar next door.. she called 10 minutes later, I hung up and replied with an sms saying "I am in a concert, cant talk, where are you?" she called after 10 minutes a couple of times, I answered the phone and went to pick her up.

I gave her a hard time at the beginning behaving cold and serious, she gave a shy apologize and she even tried to push back saying that I didn't arrive on time either. I said I arrived on time assertively and told her "ok so you are paying the drinks right?", she did pay...

The date went well although I am not blown away.

We kissed at the end, I asked her to give me a lift back home but she didn't go to my apt... it was 1:30am(Friday)

I wont call her back...

Just sharing the full story in case anyone is interested...
