Work out your chest and back more.
Try using less weight on your shoulders during your workouts and wait over time for them to balance out.

Relax the shoulder training. You will need depth on your physique when you turn side ways on. Train your back and chest more.
Looking good from the front is fine, but what if a girl approaches you from the side? Youre just like every other guy.
