I opened her with my usual "where can i buy clothes for a female friend" routine. From there i notice she was reading a book, asked her about it, turns out she's a language student, and i happen to know the language she's studying. I answered some questions for her, offered to help her with any future doubts and we exchanged numbers. Now, i'm rusty as hell with the next phase, when should i call her? Should i just text her? Should i ask if she wants to study or just go straight to ask for a regular date?
I felt the entire conversation was quite solid, but i didn't felt i built enough attraction. That said, she was the one who asked me first about my name, didn't hesitate to give me her number and she asked me for my number. She looked pretty serious the whole time, no smiles, but i had her attention the entire time. I'm not into the whole "make her laugh the entire time" mentality, i do crack some jokes or witty comments here and there, but this time i didn't felt like doing any of that. Just straight foward questions about what was she studying.

Imagine the most confident man in the world, what would he say? Text that. It can't go wrong because there's no shaking voice or shaking body gestures that follow the text. (Ofcourse it could go wrong if her parents died a couple of hours before the text, but you get the point)
Then once it succeeds, and you have the date. Your text-version confidence converts into real confidence.
Just remember that the more information you reveal before the date, the less likely you are to keep her interested. So keep it brief and ask her sooner rather than later. _________________ AFC from hell

I don't want to jump straight into the date question, at least not before i ask her a bit about her classes, that was the hook after all. Now, i don't want to drag it either with pointless trivial talk, so after knowing how is she doing in her classes i would go for the date setup.
