I call this the "Gypsy", a cold read really works good for me especially in bars and clubs: (new to the forum so bear with me)

I have black hair and dark complexion, I'm constantly being asked "what are you? Mexican, Italian, etc..." I come back with I'm Gypsy, and yes I can read your palm...just like that 90% of the time out comes the hand. I take her hand in my hand and with my other hand (I use the pinkey finger nail) slowly trace the lines in her hand while stating such obvious as "I see you were hurt once, but are now recovering, I see by how deep this line is that you're a very passionate person, and by how shallow this one is you do have superficial tendacies, but in a minor way..etc. Make it vague, everyone is a little bit of everything. ie.deep, shallow vain, caring, throw out those type feeling words, just mumbo jumbo. Before you know it, she'll be bringing her friends over to get theirs read. All the things you need, excuse to get her to a quiet area, gets her talking, get some kino going and drops her guard when you use the "feeling" words.
