There's a girl from school.She is one year older than me and she is in the next grade.This happened two weeks ago.I added her on Facebook to .She didn't respond to my request.

P.S: IRL approach is not an option at the time (don't make me disclose reasons please)

Since you've mentioned IRL approach is not an option.. I guess you should drop her a message to add you? Not much can you do without coming off as needy.
