Chelios what do you mean by bulking?
Fat and Muscle are different cells (tissues).
Why bulk?
why do soo much cardio? Cardio burns more muscle than fat!
Chelios I think if you have a shift in your approach to training you'll see a benfit, Im not saying you'll be at where you want to be overnight (that maybe impossible given other variable factors genetics) but you'll see steady progression until you top out genetically speaking.
Of course, I want to add some good mass man! Although I need to stay fit for football (soccer), so really it can't be a heavy eating spree.
I'm eating quite well, my macro's seem good too.
What's your advice then?
I workout 3 times a week, mon, weds, friday .. Monday - Shoulders and legs, weds- chest and bicep, friday- back and tri's.
