Sorry so lengthy guys...but hopefully this helps

Ok, here is a little story about what happened last night.
I mustered up the balls to finally get a girls number at work...I work at the front desk at a fitness center so there is a high number of HB's that come through and I never approach because i want to remain "professional" (what a bunch of rubbish!) So I numbered closed in less than 1 minute! And I felt like I nailed it which I did! but the story continues...

Me and my bro meet up with the two set and hit it off pretty well. Im not gonna lie, I was a little nervous and im sure that portrayed because I was in a new situation picking up a girl from work and all. But I rammed through it and actually kiss closed my target within 1 hour of hanging out...then things started to change

I felt like I had it in the bag and didn't want to show so much attention to her after (maybe a mistake) but noticed my bro was charming her up, and she was eating it up i guess. Once this started to happen, I started feeling a little tense and worrisome because I wondered if I had done something wrong. I couldn’t even kiss her again because it didn't feel right after...things started to fall apart! And I later found out my body language was giving all those insecurities away.

See her friend was drunk as hell and she was raised in a doctor household and had grown up working on her posture and body language. She explained to me (very bluntly) that my posture was all wrong and I was putting off being stressed out and worried. I laughed it off than was like "holy crap I am” and she knew my target liked me, but I was losing it to my bro because my body language was turning her off. I was pissed because I knew she was right...and even that showed in as frustration. Luckily for me, the night ended well because she was still into me and I did my best to change my mindset, which in turn corrected my posture and body language.

So I recovered, but it wasn't easy and I learned a valuable lesson. Body language will give you away. I didn't even know I was giving that off! But my body let everyone know. And the friend even told me that the reason they gave me their number is because I looked so confident and I had good posture. So guys, please please understand the importance of controlling your body language.

Hopes someone can benefit from my story.

Very cool story! I've noticed the same myself about body language, eye contact, confidence. If you're not feeling it one night it can be very apparent. Myself I've always worked on improving my posture, but still struggle with it as I work 10 hr days in front of a desk. I do my best to stay fit and it helps. Would you know of any videos that help correct posture?
