I met an HB9 through a mutual friend the last night. We all go to my place, have drinks, etc. I run solid game on her, teasing her a good amount, dancing with her, then pushing her away and saying "you really are like my best friend now."

She is digging me, I can tell, as she starts asking to try on my clothes. Then she asks for my number, I give her mine and get hers (which I made her write and she left all sorts of little stars and shit there)

We hang some more, and eventually end up in the kitchen alone. I was going to hold back on a kiss, but I get into this spiel about being a good cook, and she asks if I'd cook for her. I get a little romantic and describe how I'd go about it, all the while moving closer, shifting my gaze from her eyes to her lips.
She shit tests me, saying I probably cook the same thing for every girl I have over, and I shrug it off and stick to the story.
When I'm pretty close, she leans in an kisses me. I go with it for a second, then pull away, and keep talking, teasing her. We end up making out for a while after that, lots of feeling, until she says she has to go to the bathroom...

It's pretty late now, and the third friend (who my other buddy completely struck out with) is bitching to leave. So they leave, and as I say bye, she whines about not having my number. I turn it around on her, by saying, "I know you have it. I'm gonna call you now, and when my name pops up you have to kiss me again." yada yada, you know what happens. She tells me to call her this week, and as we make out one last time, she reaches her hand right down my pants and grabs me...

Now I know this is a long set up for a question, but here it is...
She was pretty f*ing drunk, and while I really did feel a connection to her, did I ruin my chances by making out with her? I'm thinking of calling tomorrow (2days later), and just blatently inviting her over for me to cook that dinner I promised her... but is that suplicating? She's a sorority girl, so I imagine she loves teasing guys... and I wonder if I'd be better off not calling her at all, and keeping the door open for when I see her randomly again...

well if she was drunk you shouldnt of been talking to her cause when she wakes up she prob wont even remmember you or what she did so you pretty much got a 'free' kiss. Maybe she was even pretending to be drunk as an excuse to make out with you. Call her and see what she says.

She wasn't blackout drunk by any means. More like just random giggling and the hiccoughs. She had like 2 glasses of shitty white wine here, and i think she was pretty sober before coming over...

Theres nothing wrong with making out so dont stress about it. Just give her a call as soon as possible so she wont forget those moments. The longer you wait the more detached shell become.
